Established in the year 1998, we, V. M. Auto Parts Pvt. Ltd., are an ISO 9001:2008 accredited organization that is engaged in manufacturing and supplying a vast array of Automotive & Machinery Parts. Our range of products encompasses Front Axles, Three Wheeler Front Axles, Automotive Front Axles, Three Wheeler Axle Shafts, Automotive Axle Shafts, Heavy Duty Axle Shafts, Front Axle Shafts, Rear Axle Shafts, CNC Turned Machined Components, Axle Shafts, Spline Shafts and Clutch Plate. All our products are manufactured using high-grade material that is sourced from most trusted vendors of the market with the aid of our sourcing agents. The range made available by us is highly appreciated by customers for its intrusive attributes such as corrosion & abrasion resistance, dimensional accuracy, easy installation, high tensile strength, fine finishing, longer service life and sturdy construction. In order to meet the vast requirements of components and manufacture them, we have invested about Rs. 2 crores. Also, we have a sanction limit of Rs. 100 lakhs and an expansion of 100 HP to go for HT line. Moreover, to cope up the diverse requirements of the customers, we offer our product-line in different sizes, grades, dimensions and specifications. A multifaceted infrastructure facility is constructed by us for carrying out the business operations in a swift manner. This facility is empowered with high-tech machines and advanced technologies that are essentially required in the production process. For storing the manufactured range in a safe manner, we have developed a spacious warehousing unit. Proper labeling and segmentation of this unit has been done to store the products systematically under their respective categories. Apart from this, we have employed a dexterous team of professionals, which helps us in offering an impeccable array of products to the customers. These professionals take regular feedback from the clients to know their views and bring essential changes in the offered product-line. Post-production, all our products go through visual inspection physical & dimensional inspection, mechanical testing and chemical testing so as to ensure their flawlessness. Furthermore, keeping in mind the clients' convenience, our logistics personnel make sure that the consignments are delivered at clients' destination within the stipulated time-period. Rawal has 8 years experience in the manufacturing process for auto parts and controlling the CNC machine.
